We can help to build insight infrastructure using existing tools for business owners who don't have the time or resources. There are two services we provide to do this.
Dashboard is for busy entrepreneurs who want clear and current views on core business performance metrics such as sales, supplier performance or future cash flow. We use commercially available tools such as Google Sheets and various APIs as needed. APIs are data feeds from sources such as Hubspot or Quickbooks.
Model is a money-and-risk optimizing service for business owners to understand what could happen based on predictions of marketing and financial activity. Examples include profit and loss forecasting, revenue modeling and customer acquisition scenario planning. All models are fully referenced, explained and customizable by clients. All models are developed by Dan Hathway, who has 25 of experience in business data modeling.
